Ingredients
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Ginger, Fresh, Minced
1 pound Pork, Ground
1 cup Chicken Stock
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
3 tsps Small Batch Series ® McCormick Culinary Spicy Furikake Seasoning, Divided
2 tsps McCormick Culinary ® Garlic Powder
7 oz Lo Mein-Style Noodles, Prepared
5 heads Baby Bok Choy, Chopped
Small Batch Series ® McCormick Culinary Spicy Furikake Seasoning, for Garnish
Procedure
Service
1. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat. Add ginger; cook and stir 30 seconds to 1 minute or until fragrant. Add ground pork; cook and stir until no longer pink. Drain excess liquid.
2. Stir in stock, soy sauce, 3 teaspoons of the Spicy Furikake and garlic powder. Bring to gentle boil. Add cooked noodles and bok choy. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until heated through. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with addition Spicy Furikake. Serve immediately.
