Loaded with flavorful veggies like cherry tomatoes, mushrooms – or whatever vegetables you’ve got on hand in the refrigerator, this vegetarian pizza will certainly be a hit. Drizzle with Frank’s RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce to kick it up a notch before serving.
Ingredients
4 Pizza Bases, Par-Baked
1 cup Pizza Sauce
1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
1/2 cup Mushrooms, Sliced
Frank's Red Hot ® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, for topping
Procedure
1.Set oven to 400°F. For each pizza, spread with 1/4 cup pizza sauce.
2. Top pizzas with a 2 tablespoons each cheese, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and any other vegetables, if using.
3. Bake the pizzas for 10 -15 minutes, until piping hot, cheese melts and vegetables are tender.
4. Remove from oven and drizzle Franks RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce on top before serving.
