Ingredients
1/4 cup Butter
3 Large Yellow Onions, Thinly Sliced
1 tsp Kosher Salt
2 cups Sour Cream
1 cup Mayonnaise
3 tbsps Frank’s RedHot Everything Bagel Seasoning, Plus Additional for Garnish
2 tsp French's® Worcestershire Sauce
Chives, Finely Chopped (For Garnish)

Procedure
Prep
1. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onions and salt, then cook low and slow, stirring occasionally, until deeply golden brown and jammy, about 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, Everything Bagel Seasoning, and Worcestershire. Fold in the cooled caramelized onions. Cover and chill for at least an hour.

Service
1. Garnish with additional Everything Bagel Seasoning and chives. Serve with kettle cooked potato chips, pretzels, or fresh veggies.
