A hearty breakfast skillet that’s loaded with the works – crispy tater tots, melted Cheddar cheese, bacon, chives, the savory flavor and heat of Frank’s RedHot® Small Batch Everything Bagel Seasoning, and a generous drizzle of sour cream ranch.

Ingredients

Sour Cream Ranch Drizzle
1/3 cup Sour Cream
1 tbsp Ranch Dressing
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Salt, To Taste
McCormick Culinary ® Coarse Grind Black Pepper, To Taste


Breakfast Tot Skillet
1 pound Frozen Potato Puffs
1 1/2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
2 to 3 Eggs, Scrambled, Cooked
6 slices Bacon, Cooked, Crumbled
1 1/2 tbsps Franks RedHot® Small Batch Everything Bagel Seasoning
2 tbsps Chives, Chopped

Procedure
Prep
1. In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, ranch dressing, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Thin with a splash of water if needed for drizzle consistency. Hold cold for service.

2. Bake or fry tater tots according to package directions until crispy. Hold warm for service.

Service
1. In an oven-safe skillet or small baking dish, pile the crispy potato puffs. Top evenly with cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs, and crumbled bacon. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Return skillet to oven or place under a broiler just until cheese melts, about 2 to 3 minutes. Drizzle with the sour cream ranch and sprinkle with chives. Serve immediately.
