Created with ease of service in mind, pre-steamed wings are tossed with cornstarch and fried to order yielding an ultra-crispy wing. Toss wings with OLD BAY® Ranch Seasoning and serve.
Ingredients
4 pounds Chicken Wings
1/2 cup Cornstarch
3/4 cup Small Batch Series® OLD BAY Ranch
Procedure
Prep
1. Steam chicken wings until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Hold refrigerated for service.
Service
1. Set fryer to 375°F. For each serving, toss 1 pound of wings with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch until well coated. Fry until golden brown.
2. Drain wings and place in a bowl. Toss wings with 3 tablespoons of seasoning per pound of wings. Serve hot alongside desired accompaniments.
