
Wings are slow-smoked and then charred for deep flavor, followed by a toss in Cattlemen’s® Alabama White BBQ Sauce. The creamy, tangy sauce plays off the chicken’s deep, smoky notes, especially when served with extra sauce on the side.
Ingredients
2 lbs. Chicken Wings, Bone-In, Separated
1/2 cup Cattlemen's® Alabama White BBQ Sauce
Procedure
Prep
1. Heat smoker to 250 to 275°F. Smoke wings until internal temperature reaches 175°F, about 45 minutes.
2. Transfer wings to the sear side of smoker or grill, turning occasionally until lightly charred. Hold hot.
Service
1. In a bowl, toss wings with BBQ Sauce. Serve hot with extra BBQ Sauce and desired accompaniments on the side.
