Ingredients
1 Pizza Base, 12-inches, Par-baked
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. Cattlemen's® Alabama White BBQ Sauce
6 oz. Grilled Chicken, Shredded or Sliced
4 oz. Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
3 oz. Bacon, Cooked and Chopped
1/3 cup Red Onion, Sliced Thin
Procedure
1. Set oven to 400°F. Roll out pizza dough to about 12-inch circle.
2. Spread pizza dough with 1/2 cup BBQ sauce, leaving a 1/2-inch border along edges. Cover with chicken, jack cheese, bacon and onions.
3. Bake until cheese is melted and crust is crisp. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce and cut as desired. Serve hot.
