Ingredients
Spicy Maple Pork
4 cloves Garlic, Grated
1/2 tsp Grated Ginger, Grated
1/2 cup Soy
1 1/2 cups Frank’s Redhot® Spicy Maple Wings Sauce
1 pound Pork Belly, Cut into 1 to 2-inch Cubes 

Lettuce Wraps
Butter Lettuce or Romaine Lettuce
1/2 cup Pickled Cucumber
8 oz Cooked Vermicelli
Scallions, finely chopped 

Procedure
Spicy Maple Pork
1. Combine garlic, ginger, soy sauce and spicy maple. Add pork belly. Marinate overnight. 

2. Preheat oven to 325°F. Reserve pork marinade. Place pork on sheet tray lined with parchment, bake 10-15 minutes or until cooked through. Hold warm for service. 

Service
1. Mix 1/2 cup reserved marinade with vermicelli. 

2. Portion pork into lettuce cups, top with pickled cucumber, vermicelli and scallions. Serve with additional reserved marinade for dipping.
