Treat your appetizer menu to this twist. These crispy egg rolls are stuffed with a mouthwatering mixture of shredded chicken, Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and the savory, cheesy, Buffalo-style taste Frank’s RedHot® Small Batch Cheesy Buffalo Seasoning. Serve with ranch for dipping.

Ingredients
1 cup Chicken, Cooked, Pulled
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
4 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
3 tbsps Frank’s RedHot® Cheesy Buffalo Seasoning
Egg Roll Wrappers, 8 to 10
Oil, For Frying

Procedure
Prep
1. In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment combine pulled chicken, shredded cheddar, cream cheese, and buffalo seasoning. Mix until thoroughly combined.

2. Place egg roll wrappers on clean work surface, with points facing up and down. Spoon 3 to 4 tablespoonfuls of meat mixture across each wrapper. Fold bottom corner of wrapper up over filling, then pull in the sides. Roll to enclose filling, moistening top corner of wrapper lightly to help seal. Hold in refrigerator until service.

Service
1. Heat deep fryer to 325°F. Fry 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Drain well. Cut diagonally, serve immediately.
