Ingredients
2 Russet Potatoes, Peeled
2 tbsps Small Batch Series ® OLD BAY Malt Vinegar
Procedure
Prep
1. On a mandolin, slice potatoes into 1/8-inch circular discs. Soak in ice water for 25-30 minutes. Drain and pat dry. Hold for service.
Service
1. Set fryer to 350°F. Fry potatoes until golden brown. Remove from basket to heat resistant bowl.
2. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Malt Vinegar Seasoning over chips. Toss to coat. Serve immediately.
