Ingredients
1/2 cup Sour Cream
2 tbsps Milk
1 tbsp Small Batch Series ® McCormick Culinary Ghost Pepper Ranch Seasoning
1 pound (16 ounces) Pizza Dough, Prepared
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
1 cup Chicken, Cooked, Shredded
8 slices Bacon, Cooked, Crumbled

Procedure
Prep
1. Mix sour cream, milk, and Ghost Ranch Seasoning in small bowl. Hold cold for service.

Service
1. Roll and stretch pizza dough on lightly floured surface into 12x15-inch rectangle. Transfer to prepared and sprayed sheet pan. Brush dough with olive oil.

2. Spread Ghost Ranch sauce evenly over dough, reserving 2 tablespoons for garnish, leaving a 1-inch border for the crust. Sprinkle evenly with shredded cheese and top with chicken and bacon.

3. Bake at 450°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Drizzle with reserved Ghost Ranch sauce and slice into squares. Serve immediately.
